What the Exchange does
The Practitioner Exchange provides recurring professional spaces for technical discussion and peer learning. Sessions are designed around practice problems rather than organisational status.
Technical Roundtables
Focused discussions on artefacts, tools, validation, workflows and emerging technology.
Communities of Practice
Topic groups for mobile, computer, cloud, OSINT, quality, first response and related specialties.
Case Learning
Sanitised or simulated scenarios used to examine decisions, documentation and lessons without exposing protected material.
Annual activity cycle
- Quarterly regional technical roundtable
- Monthly or bi-monthly specialist community sessions as capacity permits
- Country and institution spotlight sessions
- Tool demonstrations and validation discussions
- Annual practitioner forum bringing multiple disciplines together
Participation principles
No live case material, protected intelligence or personal data should be shared unless a lawful and specifically approved mechanism exists. Discussion should focus on methods, learning and professional development.
Host or contribute a session
Practitioners and institutions can propose technical topics, speakers or collaborative sessions.
